Richstone’s Kids Club
Richstone’s Kids Club Summer Camp is full of exciting adventures! Our first field trip was to The Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano. The Ecology Center is an organization decided to providing hands-on experiences that inspire people to live more sustainably through educational workshops, events focused on organic farming, water conservation and renewable energy. It was the first time the kids and staff had visited, and we were not disappointed! Our hosts gave us a tour of the farm, where we learned about regenerative farming. We also picked pesticide-free strawberries and made our own salads with fresh ingredients. The kids especially enjoyed playing with and feeding the chickens!
